Limited Warranty Policy v1.0

FLUX Technology Inc. ("we") provides limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for FLUX Delta, for a period of 180 days from the date of delivery. The detailed terms are shown below. This policy applies to all of our global Kickstarter backers and website pre-order customers.

(1) Our technical support has the right to check and determine if the defect is covered in our limited warranty policy. Whenever you find your FLUX Delta has defect concerns, please contact our technical support through our webform to issue your warranty request.

(2) If any of the original packing material is not kept or used for shipping the defective product back, it won't be covered in our limited warranty policy.

(3) The warranty period of the machine is 180 days, while the one of the printing toolhead and accessories is 90 days. The warranty period will be counted from the date of delivery. We will take our logistics system record as standard. 

(4) This limited warranty policy covers function, materials and workmanship, but doesn't cover the product appearance.

(5) The shipping fee and taxes for repair and replacement are not covered, unless the defect is found and determined within 30 days from the date of delivery.
